Montly subscription boxes feature a variety of bows and specialty items curated from across our catalog, and may also include exclusive specialty bows not sold elsewhere on our site. The average number of bows per box is 18 (individual bows and pairs); quantities vary month to month depending on style and variety. Includes items for both male and female pets. Boxes may also include fun swag items and member-exclusive discount coupons.
Subscriptions must be set up separate from regular orders. If you place a regular order at the same time as a subscription box, or at the time your monthly subscription renews, we will ship the subscription box along with the regular order, and you will be promptly refunded the shipping fee on the subscription box for that month.
Renewals occurring after the 20th of the month receive the next month’s box (e.g., if your subscription renews on January 25th, you’ll receive the February box). Boxes that feature holiday items are subject to change if the box would not arrive in time for the holiday based on the renewal date (e.g., the March box includes bows for both St. Patrick’s Day and Easter; if the box would not arrive in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we’ll send all Easter bows).
Subscription automatically renews monthly. If your payment method fails, our site will automatically attempt the transaction again in five days. Your box will not ship until payment is complete. Please be sure to update your payment method when necessary and in advance to avoid delays. If payment fails a second time, the subscription will automatically cancel. Re-subscription is at the current price.
Please respect the fact that we purchase special materials to create these boxes in advance, based on the number of subscriptions each month. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please take a moment to cancel it so we do not incur unnecessary expense. We are a small business and appreciate your help with this, which in turn helps us keep our product prices down.
If your address changes, please log into your Jenn’s Bowtique account and update it ASAP to ensure your subscription is sent to the correct location.
