Shop Policies
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: In fairness to all our customers, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be exceptions to this in cases where a product is pre-made and ready to ship (e.g., subscription boxes). Our bows are made entirely by hand, and as with any handmade item, crafting takes time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) for your order to be completed. Larger orders and orders placed during peak holiday seasons will take additional time. Please order early to ensure your order arrives in plenty of time for upcoming holidays.
CHECKOUT & PAYMENT: We welcome your online order. We no longer accept any checks. We use Stripe and PayPal for secure payment processing. Please note IT IS NOT NECESSARY for you to have a Stripe or PayPal account to use this service for checkout. Be sure to disable popup/ad blockers to ensure the checkout process functions correctly. If you experience any issues with the shopping cart or checkout process, please let us know.
SHIPPING: Shipping fee is based on weight and container size needed for your order, and calculated at checkout. We use USPS or UPS, at our discretion, based on order size and packaging required. Packages are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding Federal holidays. We have no control over shipping delays caused by the carrier or by natural/weather events. Please be sure to include BOTH a physical street address and a postal box number, if you have one, to ensure your parcel arrives at the correct location (and to determine carrier). Jenn’s Bowtique® is not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect or missing address information. Additional fees charged by the carrier as a result of address errors or omissions (e.g., suite or apartment numbers) will be your responsibility. You will be asked to confirm your shipping information and agree to this policy when you finalize your order. Any outstanding balance caused by shipment errors or omissions must be paid before future orders will be filled.
If a shipment is not delivered by the expected date provided by the carrier, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided for your order. Once a shipment has left our studio, we have no control over it. Jenn’s Bowtique® does not file claims on behalf of our customers for lost parcels. In the event a shipment is lost or misdelivered, you are responsible for contacting the carrier and making a claim, if necessary.

A NOTE ABOUT THE PHOTOS ON OUR SITE: Product photos used on our site are representative examples of the items we produce and are updated as frequently as possible to portray current inventory. Except for items marked “AS PICTURED”, all assortments may vary from items depicted in our photos, based on availability of materials at the time you place your order. Jenn’s Bowtique receives frequent deliveries of ribbons, fabrics and embellishments so you’ll always see something new in our store and individual bow packages. If you have questions about this please contact us prior to ordering.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Our products are made to be as safe as possible. Embellishments, latex bands, clips, ribbons, plastic bags, thread, packaging materials, etc. may pose hazards to pets and small children. As with any pet accessory or toy, please supervise pets and children while using our products.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the entire product, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of original purchase, for a full refund less shipping fees, or for an exchange (postage remains the responsibility of the buyer). Please notify us via e-mail (bows@jennsbowtique.com) that you will be making a return and we will then provide you with our return mailing address. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging, or are missing components, will not be refunded. Discounted/sale/clearance items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Some returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If this applies we will notify you. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT RETURN OF PRODUCT.
