OUR SHOP policies

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: In fairness to all our customers, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be exceptions to this in cases where a product is pre-made and ready to ship. Our bows are made entirely by hand, and as with any handmade item, crafting takes time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) for your order to be completed. Note that larger orders and holiday orders will likely take additional time.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT: We welcome online and telephone orders (card only). We use Stripe and PayPal for secure payment processing. Please note it is not necessary to have a Stripe or PayPal account to place an order with us. Be sure to disable popup/ad blockers to ensure the checkout process functions correctly. If you experience any issues with the shopping cart or checkout process, please contact us.

SHIPPING: We use UPS and USPS for shipments, at our discretion, based on order size and packaging required. Our shipping fee is a flat amount regardless of carrier. Please be sure to include BOTH a physical street address and a postal box number, if you have one, to ensure your parcel arrives at the correct location. We can not be responsible for misdeliveries if your information is missing or incorrect. Regarding USPS parcels: Currently, our local post office does not have a PM pickup. This means parcels dropped off at any time of day do not go out until the following morning. We have no control over this. SAFETY: Our products are made to be as pet safe as possible. We do not use wires or toxic glues. Small embellishments, latex bands, clips, ribbons, plastic bags, and packaging materials may pose a hazard to pets and small children. As with any pet bow, adornment or toy, please supervise children and pets when using our products.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Jenn's Bowtique® stands behind every item we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, in its original condition and packaging, within 15 days of original purchase, for a full refund less shipping fees. Please notify us via e-mail (bows@jennsbowtique.com) that you will be making a return. Returns should be mailed to: Jenn’s Bowtique, PO Box 182, Butternut, WI 54514. Items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging, or are missing contents, will not be refunded. Discounted/clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for return/refund.
