Montly subscription boxes feature a variety of bows and specialty items curated from across our catalog (may include standard bows, petite bows, big bowtique bows, bowties/neckties, pixie bows, fabric topknot bows, faux leather bows, neck bows, ruffle bows, and other specialty bow styles). The average number of bows per box is 18 (individual bows and pairs) but quantities vary month to month depending on variety. Includes items for both male and female pets. Boxes may also include fun swag items and member-exclusive discount coupons good on future orders.
Subscription boxes must be ordered separately (this is a function of our website provider, not Jenn’s Bowtique, and we can’t change it). If you place another regular order at the same time as a subscription box, or at the time your monthly subscription renews, we will ship the subscription box along with the regular order and you will be promptly refunded the shipping fee on the subscription box for that month.
Renewals occurring after the 20th of the month receive the next month’s box (e.g., if your subscription renews on January 25th, you’ll receive the February box). Boxes that feature holiday items are subject to change if the box would not arrive in time for the holiday based on the renewal date (e.g., the March box includes bows for both St. Patrick’s Day and Easter; if the box would not arrive in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we’ll send all Easter bows).
Subscription automatically renews monthly. If your payment method fails, our site will automatically attempt the transaction again in five days. Please be sure to update your payment method when necessary! If payment fails a second time, the subscription will cancel and you will have to re-register at the current price.
If your shipping address changes, PLEASE NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL at bows@jennsbowtique.com. Due to an issue with our website platform provider, shipping addresses may not update. We are working toward a solution to this, and apologize for any inconvenience.
