Order Processing and Shipping: In fairness to all our customers, orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Average processing time is three business days, but larger orders can take longer, especially during peak holiday seasons. We do not mass-produce or stockpile bows, which is your assurance that every package of bows you receive is new, fresh and fashionable. Our selection of ribbons changes frequently and with the seasons, which ensures you'll see something new in each package of bows you receive.
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the assigned tracking number. USPS Priority Mail delivers within two to five business days depending on location. Delivery may take longer during peak holiday season (November-December), weather events or other unforeseeable circumstances. Once the package has left our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier and we no longer have control over it. If you do not receive your package within the specified timeframe, please first check the tracking information with the postal service or call 1-800-ASKUSPS or your local post office. In the event the parcel is lost or undeliverable, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and replace your order. If for any reason your package arrives damaged or otherwise mishandled, please let us know.
Special Requests: We always do our best to accommodate special requests. If for some reason we don't have exactly what you're looking for, we can often special order ribbon and fabric. If you have a special request, just call or e-mail me at bows@jennsbowtique.com with the details. PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders will often take longer to fill, especially if we have to order materials. We will communicate this information to you as best we can at the time your order is placed. If a delay in obtaining specially-ordered materials is anticipated, we will advise you. If we are unable to obtain the materials necessary to process the order, we will make a full refund. If a custom order is cancelled by the customer after we have placed an order for specialty materials, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, in full or in part. Payments: Jenn's Bowtique utilizes PayPal for secure payment processing at checkout. Your information is encrypted by the processor and is never shared with us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you wish to pay by business check or money order, please call or e-mail us. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Create an Account: We offer the ability for our customers to create an account with us. This allows you to save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout, as well as the ability to track your orders. Setting up an account does not give us access to any of your financial information and is only accessible by you. Further, we will NEVER share or sell your contact information, and we will never "spam" you.
Return Policy: We value your business and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from us. We stand behind every item we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with something you receive, you may make a return for a refund, less shipping charges. If a return is required due to an error on our part, we will re-ship the corrected item(s) at no charge to you. Custom/special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to $25. Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL (NEW) CONDITION, undamaged and in original packaging or a refund will not be processed. If your order was damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, a claim will need to be filed with them; claims can take up to 15 business days to process. Returns should be sent in a rigid box, to avoid crushing damage, via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, at your cost, with a TRACKING NUMBER to Jenn's Bowtique, P.O. Box 182, Butternut, WI 54514. A tracking number is REQUIRED and must be e-mailed to us when the package is mailed; this ensures proper delivery, contents insurance, and enables claim investigation should the return shipment be lost by the carrier. Please notify us via phone or e-mail that you are making a return and provide the reason. Jenn's Bowtique reserves the right to refuse refunds for returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy. Please allow us five business days to process your refund or exchange once the return product has been received back at our studio.
