General Information

Thank you for shopping at Jenn's Bowtique®!  Every item we make is hand-crafted with love and care in Wisconsin, U.S.A.  This is why our bows and accessories are the BEST you can buy for your grooms and pets, and why we have been #1 with groomers for many years.

Order Processing and Shipping:  We strive to fill every order as quickly as possible. Our bows are not mass-produced poor-quality bows like those found elsewhere, and we do not have large quantities of pre-made products in a warehouse. Jenn hand-crafts every single bow, and as with any hand-crafted item, this process takes time. All orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Average processing time is between five and ten BUSINESS days and is dependent on the size of the order and the number of other orders in queue. Major holidays (Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas) are our busiest times, and your order will likely take longer during these times. Please plan ahead!  If there will be a significant delay beyond the customary processing time, we will communicate this to you.  Every package of bows you receive is new, fresh, in season and fashionable. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR ME TO HAND-CRAFT YOUR BOWS.

When your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the assigned tracking number.  USPS Priority Mail delivers within two to five business days depending on location.  Delivery may take longer during peak holiday season (November-December), weather/natural events, or other unforeseeable circumstances.  
We use the United States Postal Service for all domestic orders unless otherwise requested ahead of time. We reserve the right to use another shipping carrier for larger orders if the cost of shipping via USPS will be significantly more than another carrier (you will only be charged the flat shipping fee as noted at checkout). We reserve the right to split large orders into multiple shipments, with any additional shipping fees at our expense; additional packages may ship via another carrier or service level. We will notify you of shipping changes and provide tracking information from any carrier we utilize. Jenn's Bowtique® is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, acts of God, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is not received within the specified timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate a claim on the parcel. Once the package has left our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier and we no longer have control over it.  If you do not receive your package within the specified timeframe, please first check the tracking information with the postal service or call 1-800-ASKUSPS or your local post office.  In the event the parcel is lost or undeliverable, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and replace your order.  If for any reason your package arrives damaged, open or otherwise mishandled, please let us know.  If you have questions about our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payments:  Jenn's Bowtique utilizes PayPal for secure payment processing at checkout.  It is not necessary for you to have or set up a PayPal account to use this service.  Your information is encrypted by the processor and is never shared with us.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  If you wish to pay by business check or money order, please call or e-mail us. We no longer accept personal checks.

Create an Account:  We offer the ability for our customers to create a Jenn's Bowtique® account. This service provides the ability to save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout, as well as the ability to track your orders.  Setting up an account does not give us access to any of your financial or personal information and is only accessible by you.  Your information will NEVER be sold or shared with any other entity.

Low-volume E-mail List:  When you sign up for our e-mail list, we'll occasionally send e-mails with information about current items on offer, special limited-time assortments, discount coupon codes, etc.  We will NEVER share or sell your contact information, and we will not "spam" you.  Please be sure to whitelist us in your e-mail client to assure you're receiving our messages. You can un-subscribe/re-subscribe at any time, but we will always send e-mails regarding your account and order updates.

Return Policy:  We value your business and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from us. We stand behind every item we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with something you receive, you may make a return for a refund, less shipping charges. If a return is required due to an error on our part, we will re-ship the corrected item(s) at no charge to you. Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL (NEW) CONDITION, undamaged and in original packaging or a refund will not be processed. If your order was damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, a claim will need to be filed with them; claims can take up to 15 business days to process. Returns should be sent in a rigid box, to avoid crushing damage, via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, at your cost, with a TRACKING NUMBER to Jenn's Bowtique, P.O. Box 182, Butternut, WI 54514. A tracking number is REQUIRED and must be e-mailed to us when the package is mailed; this ensures proper delivery, contents insurance, and enables claim investigation should the return shipment be lost by the carrier. Please notify us via phone or e-mail that you are making a return and provide the reason. Jenn's Bowtique reserves the right to refuse refunds for returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy.  Please allow us seven business days to process your refund or exchange once the return product has been confirmed received back at our studio.  If you have any questions regarding our Return Policy, please e-mail us at bows@jennsbowtique.com.
