Processing & Shipping Times


As with any hand-crafted item, art takes time.

Every bow sold by Jenn's Bowtique is hand-made by Jenn. We do not warehouse our bows, and we don't make many in advance. This is your assurance that every bow you receive from Jenn's Bowtique is fresh, attractive, and stylish.

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Please allow us 7 to 10 business days to complete your order. Larger orders, special requests, and orders for holiday bows may take longer -- up to three weeks in some cases, especially during peak holiday order volume. In fairness to every customer, orders are filled in the sequence they are received. Sorry, no exceptions.


  • We send a confirmation e-mail for every order; please be sure to add us to your address book to avoid e-mail spamblockers. That e-mail will provide an estimated shipping date. Please note that an estimated ship date is exactly that: an ESTIMATE. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will advise you.

    • SHIPMENT TIMES:

  • We use USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Priority Mail usually takes between 3 and 5 business days to deliver, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge; please contact us BEFORE you place your order if you think you'll want expedited shipping. Remember, processing time still applies!


  • Because of hefty import fees now being imposed on goods crossing international borders, we are no longer offering international shipping.


  • Once packages leave our studio and are in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over how long it takes to reach you. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can view the progress of your package. In the unlikely event your package does not arrive within ten business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the carrier.

    • Our customers tell us that our bows are the best! We think you will agree that the wait is worth it. Again, we are not in the business of mass-producing cheap grooming bows. If you are not willing to wait, please do not order.
